Come join us for the 2024 Youth to Sea project showcase for the Montreal region. This event will showcase the final projects of the Youth to Sea ambassadors on climate change, overfishing and plastic pollution. It is also another opportunity to learn about Youth to Sea and other Ocean Wise programs.

The project showcase will be an “Open House” style event where folks can tour around to see all the projects as well as the beautiful gallery in the Age of Union centre.

Youth to Sea is a program for youth ages 15-18 in Victoria, Vancouver, Montreal, Ottawa and Halifax. Spanning 10-months, youth engage within their local communities through learning journeys, soft skills workshops, and ocean service projects. The program helps youth expand their ocean conservation knowledge through hands-on and place-based educational opportunities. This showcase is a way for the Montreal youth to share their projects with the wider community and to hopefully inspire other youth and changemakers to take action in their communities as well.
